Dry Alarm Valve System and Equipments

Dry pipe sprinkler system are designed to prevent the damage to sprinklers that can be caused by freezing water in pipeline of non-heating areas, where temperatures can go below 4°C. Compressed air or Nitrogen is used to prevent freezing

It has a simple working principle. When a single or multiple sprinkler activated, pressure on dry pipeline alarm valve reduces, when this occur, pre-set pressurized water move to the empty space and lift the valve flap, so water can start flowing. Meantime pressure switch senses the dropping pressure and activates the alarm.

Application Areas
– Non-heating warehouses
– Parking lots
– Empty spaces in ceiling
– Porch, warehouse and loading areas

After sprinkler blow (1), water beat the decreasing air pressure and going on the system with pushing clacks (2). In big systems users have to use the accelerator (3). In the middle of the dry valve pressure switch(4) gives electrical alarm and gong gives the mechanical alarm.
